I've been swimming for 7 years now. I belong to both a club team (which is very non-competitive) and the high school team. I'm a junior in high school or will be in the fall.
My main stroke is breaststroke and I am looking to really focus this year and get my time way down.
Also- I was wondering if any breast strokers could recommend ways to train out of water to get my time down. I know I should focus on my legs. Should I just start running or? Any tips or suggestions you have will help a ton.
